Ezra Hampikian



We live in an interconnected, living world. Healthy relationships reflect healthy communities, healthy businesses, and healthy ecosystems. With training in operations management and marketing, Ezra works as a contractor and consultant on large and small-scale projects and productions. Ezra has a knack for understanding the inside and out of organizations, balancing the creative with the analytical, and leads with an emphasis on building systems and environments that prioritize healthy relationships. Her leading values are interdependent empowerment and enthusiastic consent. She is proudly LGBTQIA+ and an aspiring ally.

Ezra’s accomplishments include recent acceptance into the University of Cambridge MPhil program in Human Evolutionary Studies, founding and producing TEDxBoise, the Idaho Speakers Bureau, and several exhibitions at the Discovery Center of Idaho. I am a healthy relationship advocate with appearances on several new outlets including the New York Times. She has been involved as an activist, volunteer, and leader with several anti-violence nonprofits in Idaho including the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, the Women’s and Children’s Alliance, Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse, has lobbied for healthy relationships in Washington DC, and has designed several empowerment workshops for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Ezra graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho’s College of Business and Economics in 2013 with a double major in Operations Management and Marketing, and currently works as a contractor, consultant, and entrepreneur with a relationship-building emphasis.
